Music in 2010

The Minus World hopes that in 2010 these 10 things would happen in music- in no particular order, just please happen this year!

1. Radiohead's new album will come out and it will be sicker than ever


2. Emo will die off and hopefully never ever ever resurface again

3. Lindstrøm and Prins Thomas willl have a baby together named Lindstromas and bring it to Philadelphia


4. The Hives, you guys out there? You doing anything else? Please? 2010? Maybe?


5. 60's music will come back from the dead. We think it may have already tho. We've heard some kids spinnin' some good tunes at a NYE party in Philly @Lucky 13 Pub. Oh those Tough Sh*ts and former Dark Horse Carouselers.


6. Hot Chip's new, One Night Stand won't leave us feeling like we just had a crappy one.

7. The Best Coast pans out.
8. The Peace Creeps. We need a revolution and we think you have one in your computer. We heard some of it this past summer. 2010? Your year?

9. DJ Gerrone, finally puts out a mixtape, playlist, tracks. Something for the public. Geez. really. Your stuff is sick.

10. At least 3 Philly bands will have markedly successful records (We really don't have to hope. This will happen.)
